Bio
Adi Sandhu is a Senior Principal Software Engineer with more than 12 years of experience delivering mission-critical software, automation, and systems integration across defense, space, machine learning, insurance, telecom, and financial services environments.
His work spans the full software life cycle: requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, integration, documentation, and production support. He has partnered with engineering, operations, program, product, and security teams to move high-consequence systems from ambiguity into reliable execution.
Adi currently contributes to satellite ground software at BAE Systems, building secure full-stack capabilities for command and control, mission planning, and data analysis. His prior work includes ground software integration at Lockheed Martin Space, machine-learning platform automation at Nutrien, privacy and compliance software at Allstate, and large-scale system integration and release readiness across telecom, media, and financial platforms.
He is building toward director, head of engineering, and CTO-track leadership roles where technical judgment, program discipline, customer alignment, and team development all have to come together.
